Summary

Non-Harmful Paraphilias - No Paraphilia Is Harmful flag reclaimed by Rowan (aka Twitter user AnAllyAccount).

NHPara (non-harmful paraphilias) refers to a small movement on Twitter in 2020 that attempted to separate paraphilias into "harmful" (minor attractions, zoophilia, necrophilia, etc.) and "non-harmful" (BDSM-adjacent paraphilias, objectophilia, etc), and condemned the "harmful" ones. Non-Harmful Paraphilias flag was made by the leader of the movement, and was immediately picked up and used ironically by the members of "harmful" paraphilia community. This culminated in Rowan reclaiming the flag and renaming it it to NPIH (No Paraphilia Is Harmful).
