Summary
"Imagiphilia — a paraphilic attraction that falls under the fictophilic umbrella. It stands for attraction to characters/any objects of attraction from sources that don't include graphic media, such as books/fanfics, podcasts, poems and etc.
Meanings for the flag:
Blue stripes — blue is often associated with fiction. Also, I do not only find those colors pleasant to look at but also perceive them as dreamy ones.
Wave — stands to represent the sound wave, an audio source of the object of attraction.
"Commas" — may represent the book/fanfic/etc. source of the object of attraction, mostly for decorum. I wanted to also represent books in braille but couldn't come up with the right idea.. but those commas may be interpreted as representation of any literature source.
Circle — common sign representing the fictophilic umbrella.
The symbol — based on fictophilia's omega symbol. My goal was to make it look more like a brain and CNS. It has some really far resemblance due to squiggles and an extended tail (imho). Pink is also a dreamy color that makes a good accent on blue.
Based on exclusive labels that were coined earlier by another person — imagisexual and imagiromantic."
