Aego- is a prefix that denotes disconnect of self from the subject of attraction (see aegosexual).
Aegoparaphilia is a paraphilia where there's a disconnect of paraphiliac attraction from self.
An aegoparaphile with a paraphilia centered around beings might not experience attraction to these beings in real life, or not be compelled at all by the idea of acting on the attraction themself in any way, even in fantasy. For example, a romantic aegoM/YAP could be romantically attracted to youth, but not to interacting romantically with youth.
An aego version of a kink would be an attraction to a situation that the kink is for without the component of attraction to participation in that situation. For example, biastophilia is an attraction to raping someone oneself, but aegobiastophilia would be an attraction to someone else raping someone else.
