Summary

Chikan kink flag by Junko (one of the proposed versions).

Chikan is a Japanese term for public sexual harassment of women, often in the form of groping in crowded spaces. A similar concept called frotteurism exists in western discourse, although it's typically defined as rubbing one's pelvic area against people in crowded conditions and not groping them.
